Purebred AKC registered tibetan mastiff in Carlsbad, California For Sale

Hello, please read this ad in its entirety before contacting me. I do not have the time or energy to answer questions that are addressed in the ad. I took my time to write a thorough ad, I would appreciate it if you read the post completely prior to contacting me.
I am looking to rehome my purebred tibetan mastiff. She is a little over a year old. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, flea free, licensed and microchipped.
She looks very similar to the dog in the pic, but it is not an actual picture of her. I can email you pictures upon request. I'm having problems loading my pics on the website (I think my pics are too large)
She must go to a home with a fully enclosed yard. Fence must be 6ft or taller, she can easily jump most fences and can climb a chain link fence with ease. I cannot emphasize enough, the importance of having secure fencing.
She would do best in a home where someone is home the majority of the day so she can be inside. She is destructive if left unsupervised indoors. She is VERY well behaved in the home as long as she is near people. She does not have separation anxiety. Her destructive behavior (if left indoors, unsupervised) is a behavior typical of the breed, they have a strong instinct to explore, if she feels like she can't explore she will do whatever she can to get outside so she can roam. She only tries to destroyswhatever is in the way of her escaping to the outdoors.
This breed was specifically developed to roam and explore/expand their territory. If given the opportunity she will roam, this is a breed specific behavior. Training is minimally effective in curbing this instinct. Electric or underground fences do not work with this breed in general. The drive to explore outweighs the discomfort/pain felt from electric fencing and will not stop her from trying to get out of the yard and escape.
She does well with all people, very well socialized, does well with non aggressive dogs of all sizes and most cats.
She would not do well as an outdoor dog as this breed has a tendency to dig holes and become destructive in general if they are bored.
She is crate trained. If you plan on crating her at times, you would need a professional grade, heavy duty crate. She has broken out of 4 different types of crates.
She is very quiet for a tibetan mastiff and does not bark often. She is completely housebroken. She does not drool often.
This breed has high grooming needs and will require daily, thorough brushing to avoid matting. Some people who are allergic to dogs do well with this breed. They are less likely to produce an allergic reaction in people who have sensitivities or allergies to dog hair/dander. They usually only shed once a year, during the hottest months of summer, the rest of the year they shed very little.
She walks well on a leash but can never be allowed off leash, unless she is in an enclosed area, due to the strong instance to roam, she will not come when called if she is too busy exploring.
Please be familiar with this breed and their needs before contacting me. They generally are not good for first time dog owners. Her behavior is typical of the breed, the only area where she deviates from the norm is that she has never shown any aggression, this breed is typically very aggressive towards new people and other animals, this breed also tends to be aloof, she is quite friendly. All of her difficult/frustrating behaviors are typical of this breed.
