1950's Gold Owl Decanter w/ 6 glass set - Famosa LPW: Vienna, Austria in Carlsbad, California For Sale

For your consideration is this beautiful mid-century Famosa LPW Golden Owl Decanter Set c/w six owl glasses. You'll find the decanter on eBay at $115 and up, a glass or two at $30 each, but this is the complete rare set as made by LPW in Vienna, Austria in the 50's. Words aren't really necessary on this listing. We'll just let the pictures do the talking. This set features fabulous ornate detailing on the decanter and the six glasses.
The pitcher stands 10" high and is 5" in diameter. There is a slight loss of gold accents on the pitcher which is normal for the age of this set. The glasses are each 5" tall and 2" in diameter. Great anniversary or birthday gift for the collector of fine Austrian crystal at only $150. These sets have sold at estate sales for as high as $700. They show in person far beyond what the photo gallery can convey.
