Room for rent. $650 plus one half of the utilities. Month-to-month. Ready November 4, xxxx. I do require a security deposit of $250 ($500 if youre bringing a dog!), which is refundable if the room is vacated in like-kind condition. The total move in cost is $650 + $250 = $900.

Common space features a great room with an abundance of natural light. Three French doors open to the salt-water swimming pool and jacuzzi. The bedroom features an abundance of closet space and window bay. Bathroom is granite and travertine with delta hardware. Note: The bathroom is private in the sense that it is not a shared bathroom. The bathroom is not inside the bedroom.
Im a single dad. My son is 3.5 years of age. Hes full of personality, sleeps well, and is a happy little guy. He stays with me approximately 3 days per week ... Friday evening to Monday morning. This schedule could change. The household make-up would be myself, my son (part time), and the housemate. To be clear, I am looking for one (1) housemate. And, I am allergic to cats, so I cannot have a cat in the house.
