Heya!
My name's Eddie, but my friends call me Fast Eddie. Some kind of joke 'cuz I'm a pretty mellow dude. I'm a 5 years young chihuahua mix decked out in coppery threads with white accents. I weigh about 12 pounds and am built kinda stocky, but it's all good. There's more of me to love this way, and I'm an excellent cuddler.
My foster mom says I'm a lovable little guy, and I know I've stolen a piece of her heart. I might have been a bit of a stuffed shirt when I first moved in, having come from a home where I was not treated so great and didn't get the leadership that a furry family member needs. It's kinda cool how quickly we dogs can turn things around, given some good nutrition, proper exercise and guidance from our people. I went from a poor little dog that everyone felt sorry for, to the amazing personality that I am today. I'm outgoing, friendly and eager to please. Well behaved and easy to care for too, now that my foster family has given me the skills to be a stellar family pet! Thanks foster mom!!
I enjoy a short daily walk followed by some tv or quiet nap time, and I have excellent leash manners. I love car rides and going places. I also enjoy a good game o' tug o' war and playing with plush toys. I'll get the zoomies sometimes and zoom around the house or yard, and then it's time to crash for a few ;) I listen well and am one smart cookie who knows Sit, Stay and Speak. That's one of the few times you'll hear my voice because I rarely bark. Another well matched dog or two would be nice in my forever home, but I'd be just as happy as an only furkid if my people aren't gone all day. I'm definitely looking for a home with older respectful kids if any, as I've had my fair share of disrespectful ones. I'm cute and fun, and my bags are packed. I'm move-in ready!

I'm also house broken and crate trained - I'm a CATCH! The Rescue Lady is looking for loving, responsible people to be mine forever. She says an application, home visit, adoption fee and contract will be required, and I can move to Los Angles, Orange, Riverside or San Diego counties. I'm being fostered in SAN DIEGO - Vista.
