Lexy is a gorgeous Labrador/American Pit Bull Terrier mix who's almost 8 months old and growing FAST! She sports a shimmery black gown with crisp white trim, and she has an engaging smile and personality. Lexy is a large girl, probably close to 40+ pounds by now, and still growing. She's super smart and gets along well with other dogs. She's very playful and good-natured, and she is learning manners and boundaries. Lexy is looking for a new foster home ASAP, or even better, a fur-ever home! Do you have room in your family for a girl who just wants to have fun? Lexy would make a great jogging partner and really enjoys her walks and hikes. She's good in the car too and just loves to go places with you. We're sure she'd love to have a well-matched male doggie brother in her life, but she'd probably be fine as an only fur-kid too (if her people are not gone all day long). Fostering is temporary and very rewarding. Everything is provided for you except for dog food. You can have the enjoyment of a family dog without the long term commitment, and you will be helping to save a life.
